These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Kastelo's Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) function ("DCA Function").

1.2.

These Terms are ancillary to, and should be read in conjunction with, the General Terms of Use (and the Defined Terms therein stipulated) available on the Website.

1.3.

You are encouraged to read these Terms carefully before using the DCA Function as described herein, as they may affect your legal rights and obligations.

1.4.

By activating the DCA Function, you acknowledge that you are electronically agreeing to these Terms. You agree to be bound by these Terms in the event that we are required, either explicitly or implicitly, to implement the DCA Function described herein.

1.5.

The DCA Function is made available to Kastelo Card Holders who have enabled the DCA Function.

1.6.

The DCA Function is a seamless and intelligent approach to enhancing your savings as you go about transacting with your Kastelo Card whereby, when activated-

1.6.1.

Kastelo automatically rounds up to the nearest ten Rand after each successful transaction made using your Kastelo Card;

1.6.2.

You purchase USDC (or a comparable dollar-based stable coin) with the balance of the rounded-up amount;

1.6.3.

Your Kastelo USDC account is credited immediately with the corresponding balance.

1.7.

Any rounding-up, purchases, transactions and/or functionalities related to the DCA Function shall be executed only if there are sufficient funds in your Kastelo Account to do so.
