These Terms apply to all products and service offerings of each entity in Kastelo which includes Kastelo (Proprietary) Limited, Kastelo Mobile (Proprietary) Limited, Kastelo Africa (Proprietary) Limited, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and any of their respective subsidiaries (collectively, "Kastelo").
For the avoidance of doubt, these platforms include but are not limited to the Kastelo mobile application, web-based portals, and any other future channels through which Kastelo's services may be accessed.
If you have a validated Kastelo Account, these Terms also apply to you. If you are unsure about any of the words, abbreviations, or terminology in these Terms, please consult the Glossary. For the sake of easier reference, glossarised words are capitalised in these Terms (e.g. “Website”, “Applicable Law,” etc.).
The Glossary forms an integral part of these Terms, and Kastelo reserves the right to update or amend the Glossary from time to time. These changes may impact the interpretation of these Terms.
Please read these Terms attentively before browsing or using the Kastelo Platforms or interacting with its functions. By accessing, using, and/or continuing to use the Website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted these Terms.
These Terms constitute and establish a legally binding agreement between you and Kastelo, and you unconditionally accept, agree to be bound by, and act in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for understanding and complying with these Terms and Applicable Laws related to your use of the Website and/or engagement in any of the Offerings.
The Website is operated and made available to the public by Kastelo who reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and for any reason, change, modify or update, add or remove any portion of the Terms at any time. Kastelo will notify you of any material changes to these Terms via a prominent notice on our Website or mobile application or, where appropriate, via email to Clients. You are encouraged to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any updates.
The decision not to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time does not indicate a waiver of that right or provision. Kastelo still retains the right to enforce it in the future, and this does not affect the validity or effectiveness of any part of these Terms.
Should you not agree to any or all of the Terms (or amendments thereto), you are not authorised to use the Website or engage in Kastelo's Offerings, and you should refrain from using the Kastelo Platforms. The content found on the Website, which includes these Terms, does not constitute investment advice, and you are advised to particularly consult the sections relating to Risk Disclosures and Indemnifications throughout the set of Terms.

Kastelo Africa (Proprietary) Limited is duly incorporated and domiciled in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number:2022/665906/07) and is a Category 3 Licensed Authorised Dealer in Foreign Exchange with Limited Authority (ADLA), authorised by the SARB to provide cross-border remittance and payment services, which services are offered to the public and presented as “Tjinga.”
