How do I become a Kastelo client

Navigate to 'Sign Up' to complete the short application form and submit the required documents. Once a data integrity controller is able to verify your identity, you will receive access to your Kastelo account. We'll be in touch if we require further information or to confirm that your account has been successfully opened.

What is required to open an account (FICA)

FICA is a necessary process to make sure that none of our clients identies are falsely used or compromised. As an accountable institution, we follow market leading KYC and FICA procedures. You can open an account with as little as a copy of your ID and a Liveness video. Depending on the services you sign up for we may require documents and information such as, a valid proof of address, your tax number, employer and offshore investment information.

How do I deposit money

Log in to your Kastelo profile. Select your ZAR account and deposit funds using the appropriate reference number in order for funds to be allocated automatically. ZAR deposits may take up to 72 hours to reflect if you use the correct reference number.

How do I withdraw my money

To withdraw funds from Kastelo, simply log into your account, select the ZAR button, then click on "withdraw". Enter the amount and your bank details accurately, making sure there are no spaces. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for approval, and within 1-3 business days, the funds should reflect in your account.

How do I order a Kastelo card

Login to your Kastelo Profile. Go to Profile Settings > Kastelo Cards > Order Now. We know that the delivery address may differ from your proof of address, therefore, our preferred courier will be in touch with you telephonically to confirm the delivery address and time that suits you.

What does it cost to be a Kastelo client

Opening a Kastelo account is free. You can start with as little as R10 to fund your account. Some services have a once-off activation fee starting from R199.

What is the minimum amount I need to start with Kastelo

How do I sign up for a corporate foreign exchange account?

Reach out to us at info@kastelo.co.za and we will appoint a dedicated corporate account manager to oversee both your sign up and future payment needs.

How and when do I receive my algo profit?

Once we have completed a set of trades, you will receive a notification by email. This will mean that you can withdraw your profit. Log in to your Kastelo account, where you can process the withdrawal to your personal bank account or invest in our interest accounts or use your Kastelo Card to spend your earned income.
